I found the staff extremely helpful and suggested suitable glasses that I may like . The sillouette ultralight that I choose I have been very happy with and at half the price now have another pair.The aftercare has also been very good as to be expected they needed slight adjustments. I would definitely recommend this opticians. |

The experience was positive and productive until the last phase. I was professionally managed to choose frames and choice of lenses and it cost me 100 pounds approx more than the money l had brought with me. Now the aftercare is scratchy- a lense has fallen out twice after 3 months and the shop is not open on days when it should be with no signs on the door. I had to drive at night twice with no glasses for very long distances over the christmas/ new year holiday period. |

From making the appointment through to collecting my glasses the service and attention to detail was fantastic. Because I had the lense coating put on it even covered me for new lenses when mine were scratched whilst on holiday. They were the same price as the well advertised high street chain. What more can u ask for. Fantastic. |
