Yesterday I went for a routine check up and I have to say it was excellent! All the staff were welcoming and very helpful. Nish did my eye test using the most up to date equipment and he was so thorough, calm and knowledgeable. The after care was just brilliant and I would recommend anyone needing a check up and or new glasses to come here.

Today I took my 20 year old autistic son for an eye test and the experience he had was fantastic. He was nervous before we went in but they made him feel very comfortable and I had no need to worry. He was given the time he needed to prepare and have a successful eye test and he was happy to choose his first ever pair of glasses. Something I never thought would be possible in one appointment! Everyone was welcoming, patient and very helpful. Thank you for making his and my experience stress free and enjoyable.
