Mar 11 2017 Very worried about my bloodshot eye (no obvious cause, never happened before), I rang Haywood & Ward Opticians who immediately understood my concerns and agreed to see me within 15 minutes of my call. Staff were professional and friendly; the building has a unique charm. My eye was examined thoroughly and a knowledgeable detailed explanation given. I am impressed by the service, and grateful for having been seen so promptly. I thoroughly recommend them.
