Extremely helpful ----went to a lot of trouble to find 2 pairs of frames which I had I had seen other stores. Eye examination thorough and accurate. Good offers on sales. Offered an insurance of £17 towards breakages ( not loss) where they pay 75% of replacement which was good in my case as our car ran over them !! Replaced the lenses in my favourate Raybans which saved me a lot of money. Assistants very helpful and a nice atmosphere in store. Cannot believe I am first to review this store I was looking for review form in store --none there which would have made the process easier !
