Took one of my kids to Tolley about 10, maybe 15 years ago and it was a nightmare. We abandoned them and went to David Clulow to have access to professional care. This week I popped in to Tolley to buy a small item off the shelf. The assistant declined three times to check the stock room to see if they had the item I wanted in the specific prescription I was looking for, so I ended up buying one that was on the shelf that was near enough to make do.
