Dear central six , Today afternoon I came to your store on the 21/08/2023 at 18:12 , I wanted to speak about my experience today at your boots store today , I went to the front till where I was served by lady called caro I believe , one of the worst experience and rudest customer service I have received . The lady was rude and stern I was with my cousin when I came to the till and both thought the treatment we received at front tills was horrible I just wanted to get out and get it over and done with as soon as possible . I went to show her my student ID and she had the audacity to snatch my phone from my hands when I didn’t give her the permission to hold my phone and later on when I used my staff discount card for other transactions she snatched my card and tried to use it at front register till . When I asked for my card back she threw it in my hand rudely. As a boots worker myself I didn’t appreciate the rudeness I received at front tills it was absolutely appalling . She then went on to tell me I couldn’t pay with point and student discount when this is false and I explained I’m happy to be served by someone else but carried on faffing about . Later on another person came to front tills and this woman’s face went all giddy and smiling but towards me it was stern. I just want to say I don’t think I’ll ever step foot into this store again , this is probably the worst experience I have received and I’m so disappointed that it was from boots. I hope you reprimand this employee and explain that touching someone property without asking permission is rude and stepping way over boundaries! |
