Been going to various opticians all my life and these are easily the most professional. Place. people and service are excellent and when I recently had a problem with some frames the customer service was beyond my expectations.

From start to finish my experience was extremely positive, keeping me calm and focused on this intimate procedure which dictates my whole demeanour for a couple of years to come. Every confidence is given with the most up to date equipment and all put into use with adequate directions and then explanations as to their purpose and results. Time is given to give these explanations, which in turn lead to a minor change in prescription. The choice of frames was again unrushed, with many to choose from. The hand over to the different departments needed, was smooth, unrushed and totally accommodating. Experts to be recommended to anyone. A totally positive experience in a pleasing,relaxed environment.
