I recently visited Specsavers in Stratford Upon Avon.I had noticed something wrong with my eye and sought urgent advice. Every single person I had contact with acted professionally, speedily and with concern for my plight. I had a photograph taken of my eye, special eye drops inserted to highlight any damage and a consultation with a very helpful gentleman who told me that the membrane of my eye had been slightly damaged due to an ingrowing eyelash within the eye socket which he speedily and painlessly removed. I left with lubricating eyedrops and good advice on aftercare. Thank you to everyone who helped.
