The most horrible and disrespectful service I have ever seen!!! All these bunch of liars are so pathetic and I received nothing but headaches and stupid excuses all the time! Whenever they promised something, for example they said that I would have a call from them and then nothing, silence! We will do that and then nothing! I’ve chased them whole month before they started doing something regarding my broken frame! And I would like to finish like that-they don’t respect their customers, they don’t care how much time is wasted because of their lack of professionalism! They look at me and lied about everything and they don’t even want to tell me sorry! Don’t go there and try to avoid them at all costs!!! |

For 3 years I have attended an annual eye exam to check my varifocals and inherited possibility of glaucoma. The most recent email reminder was useful and several options for appointments were offered within a week. The acuity and other checks were very efficiently carried out without a long wait and an unrushed interview conducted in a pleasant manner. The exam was carried out free under the NHS. |

Several members of my family have switched to this optician because of the care and service. The optician takes time to explain issues and is always ready to discuss problems and solutions/outcomes.
Due to a problem today, they arranged to see me straight away and ensure I understood what had happen and the cause- saving me a great deal of worry and concern.
This optician know the meaning of true customer service and obviously really cares about their clients. Absolutely delighted to have found them |
