    I am not yet fully aware of the relationship between the RVI and this facility. i am however very favourably impressed with the service provided on two recent occasions. As a 'one stop shop' following our consultation with the Newcastle Eye Centre at the RVI, we cannot fault this facility. I am acting as a carer for a patient, who has attended the RVI for 39 years following her loss of sight. The staff member in the Eye Centre who looked after my patient today (17/3/15) was exceptionally efficient and caring. The follow up of the prescription for glasses was equally satisfactory.
