By: Anonymous Rating:.. Feb 5 2014 Having experienced the big chain Opticians and found them impersonal and mercenary I was recommended Needham Market Opticians by the Optometrist at the hospital. I found them welcoming, professional and the visit was very thorough. Now the whole family sees them and I would never swap back to a chain for all the 'deals' that they offer. Would thoroughly recommend them.

Nov 14 2012 Nipped acropss the road from the Council offices as one of our officers, an elderly gent, had lost one of the 'nose bridge pads' for his spec's. It had been pushed by his dog into his cheek and caused a large graze. Lady fixed it within 2 mins and was very kind - wonderful service. Even polished the lenses for the old guy!
