Booked an appointment for 2nd April 2016 at Tesco Opticians Oldham (Huddersfield Road). During the exam I was told they couldn't complete the Glaucoma test (necessary as I have a family history) as an item of equipment had been sent away for repair. They said they'd 'add my name to the list' and let me know when I could go back. After 4 weeks of no contact I called them. They said it was still out for repair and they'd be in touch. Its now 16th June and I've still heard nothing. Awful service. They should have told me there was a problem before I booked and given me the opportunity to go elsewhere.
