I came along today( 11th Jan 2024) for a thorough eye exam ,and to talk about a few issues with my Glasses. As usual I saw Mr Shoker, and as usual got 5 star treatment and came out feeling happy and reassured.Thankyou! I also had a few problems with my Glasses ,and Lucy was very kind, helpful and polite . I wouldn't go anywhere else,always a brilliant service .

After a year of visiting various high street and even moorfields private I have never had such a thorough and caring experience as I have at kings hill. The each member of staff was polite, patient and kind. I suffer with anxiety and they gave me time to collect myself between scans and listened to all of my concerns. I will be recommending all my friends and family to attend this practice, I can’t sing their praises enough!

They spotted something that was wrong with my glasses which my previous optician had not noticed. I am much happier with may glasses after having been to Kings Hill Optician!
