Apr 21 2017 Visited Hastings store for my free eye test. Whilst they were 40 minutes behind the staff were very apologetic. The Optician made me feel at ease with my bad eye sight, and explained the results fully for me. A member of staff spent time with me helping me choose two pairs of glasses, and explained all the lense option. The member of staff was slightly pushy with the lenses, but I guess this is part of sales. All in all, very happy I went elsewhere.

Nov 10 2015 hastings st leonards store. new glasses was not in focus, all they seemed interested in was another eye test. this was pointless as i had only had an eye test 3 weeks before. so i left the useless new glasses in the shop and will go elsewhere in the future the staff didnt know what to do but then would not accept the glasses was wrong
