This shop is focussed on sales, not on customer needs. • I was not offered an option to buy glasses away from the shop • I was not offered frames cheaper than £175 • I was not offered a choice of lens specification – which I could have had • I was not told the lenses were additional cost until I was sat down making the purchase • I was not given a prescription to leave the shop with • When I returned to collect my glasses the after sales was equivalent of nothing
