May 2 2015 I had one of the best customer service from the team at City Specs. In fact I received two pairs of glasses for the price of one including the frame and the lens. My glasses would have been ready within the hour had they had one set of lens in stock. However, my glasses where ready for me by the next day. Would definitely recommend due to the great customer service and decent prices :)

Nov 20 2013 I placed an online order for a pair of glasses that were listed on the website as being in stock. After 3 weeks the glasses had still not been delivered and the online status for the order simply said "processing". I sent an email asking for the reason for the delay, they said that the frames were on back order which shows that they were clearly not in stock as had been advertised. Several emails later I requested a refund. I have received an email reply saying that the refund has been made and the order cancelled. My online order status with City Specs still says that the order is "processing" and no refund has been made to my card. I am now dealing with my credit card provider to claim back the payment. I do not recommend shopping with City Specs ! This is a completely factual account of my dealings with City Specs.

So told them I would have the refund, 2 week on, no refund. Only told out of stock after 4 weeks, then only when I phoned. Paypal informed.
