Well over the phone Miss Milli Patel sounds nice and good. But actually, when you arrived at the eye clinic she tricks you. When my prescription arrived at hers. She told me to choose glasses, but she never took me to frames which are from NHS and free. So I choose Polo Frames and straight away she said 556£ I need to pay. I said why so much and she replied because you need to wear these glasses always. I paid with the card. I came home and the whole journey I was thinking about why she charged me so much. I called her within ten minutes and told her to cancel the glasses and I need a refund, she said let me see if I can cancel it and will call you. She called me after couple of hours and said she can't cancelled but I keep the frame and change the glasses. She can refund half but I need to come so I went with my kids. She explained what she said over phone she can't change. So I compromise saying at least I will get good frame. But I asked her that time why you didn't mention free glasses. She replied it won't look good. I came home. She called me after ten days and said the frame is not ready so she called after two weeks to collect my glasses and when I went to collect my glasses. After wearing the glasses I felt no chances with NHs free glasses. I felt cheated. Waste of money. I wish I can get my money back. Please don't go Wembley outlet realeyes. |
