The only plus point in this rating is for (burocratic) courtesy during telephone calls for which I had to wait interminable time for each call, initially then again for further connection to 'the outside team' Everyone .particularly old people, drop their glasses occasionally. Only a very cheap pair should experience the alloy arm hinge to shatter on falling off the nose when trying to pay at the cash desk of a supermarket. This company deserves to lose all repeat business for being adamant that frames are only guaranteed against breakage for a year. Eighteen months ago I spent just under £600 on three pairs, for reading plus screen and distance excluding sight testing. I shall return to the suppliers I used for 20+ years before moving address!
