I visited your premises in Lanark today, appointment time 12.30. Arrived just before my time to be welcomed by the lady at reception desk, she was more than pleasant and was shown into the area where testing is carried out exactly at 12.30. The optician was very professional and answered all my questions and concerns that I had nothing seemed a bother to her. After my consultation I was given a quote for my new specs which I thought was more than reasonable. My main reason for my review is that as a society we are quick to condemn but not so much to give credit when due. Well done to Hughes and Mc Hugh your staff are a credit to you.
