Can be very frustrating . We have to order 48 hours in advance , no problem I order 5 days in advance . More often than not they haven’t bothered to download it let alone have it ready and several times recently I have been told to go back another day for one item as it is out of stock . Which it wouldn’t be if they had checked my prescription at the beginning of the week! One of the staff has a severe attitude problem . She is never pleasant and slouches around the surgery and looks thoroughly disgusted if she has to do any work !
