Placed an order for my medication on the 28th November spoke to Ayat and she repeated back to me what I had ordered twice, only for her to get my order wrong. There were 4 items not ordered by Ayat. I find this very incompetent. I then called on the 1st December spoke to Yasmin whom confirmed that Ayat had Not ordered some medication. This is unacceptable and unprofessional a inconvenience caused as I had been expecting my order to be delivered as I had run out of the most important medications. | ||||||

I am very disappointed to read bad reviews of the pharmacy although experience is subjective. Harb pharmacy has always provided bespoke service to my family and me. Staff are friendly and well educated. They always go the extra mile to ensure my prescriptions are ready in time and provide detailed advise. Many times they have helped me obtain my prescription from GP and supported me with emergency prescription when my allergies worsened. I wish them all the best. | ||||||

1. The service standards have dramatically slipped from bad to worse over the past few months, although things were quite good at the outset. 2. Medications now take too long to deliver to customers. 3.The phone line is always busy even when there are no customers in. 4. Have informed my GP practice that I will no longer deal with this pharmacy and asked them to send prescriptionsto another nearby pharmacy. | ||||||
