On the plus side, their opening hours and adherence to COVID safety precautions are excellent. On the down side, I have had issues with repeat prescriptions - and mixed messages about the need to call in advance. Apparently you cannot just pick up a prescription from the next-door surgery and expect to have it filled that day, even if the items are in stock and there is nobody else waiting. | ||||||

Always helpful on the phone and they have requested an urgent repeat prescription for me on a couple of occasions as I am rather disorganised with my medication (due to my brain tumour). Both times, I received friendly, professional and timely support . Thank you Whitewater Pharmacy. | ||||||

Located next to Hook Surgery and staffed seven days a week by a pharmacist with helpful support staff Whitewater Pharmacy is a huge benefit to our Community and I understand it is used by many from surrounding villages who welcome the fact that it is open seven days a week
