I have to go daily for meds but frequently get down there to find it's been open around two hours and there's still no Pharmacist there. If he can't be there when he's supposed to be he shouldn't be putting his name down f'r the early shift to get a few extra quid. I have bad legs and struggle to get there once. Twice is too much! It's not even as if it's a one off I literally go there expecting him not to be there now |

I received a text with regard to the flu injection. This year for some reason it is at the Exchange Barnard Street.I had to Google it to find out where it was.The next text .follow this direction to make an appointed, but the link only lasted seven days.I did exactly that.NO APPOINTMENTS. Personally I could not have managed to walk that far, which I could imagine like a lot of elderly people will be the same I have told all my neighbours where to go DENMARK ST PHARMACY.I rang and got an appointment for Tuesday afternoon. The staff were lovely ,very welcoming. We were in and out in no time, for me I will go every year ,so much easier.Yes I agree some times I have had to ring for my tablets ,but there is a way to ask and they have always delivered them that day or the next day.A lot of people are working in difficult times and it cant be easy. So,THANK YOU |

I have just read your reviews, I agree entirely with another upset patient, the service and attitude of certain members of staff is a disgrace. My Grandaughter rang for babies supply of baby food, to be told only 2 tins in stock, and did not know when any would arrive maybe the following week, and not her problem. She was told to ask for the script earlier i future, which she always does knowing how long it sometimes takes, 1 week it took 11 days to arrive. I rang up to speak to the Manager (a nice chap) who said he would have a chat with the Staff, which has not happened by the way you have been treated. Take my advice and go to the Chemists at Cockerton, the one with the steps up. Absolutely fantastic, rang up to be told Baby Milk already there the following morning. The Pharmasist is so polite. So listen up it takes nothing to be friendly and polite to people who are keeping you in a job. |
