Bought eye drops which were over priced in comparison to other chemists. No price was mentioned and it was scanned and I was asked to make payment of £14.99 never paid this much before so googled the price and it was £5.99 else where. The first girl that came from the back was full of herself and said someone else will serve me and walked off. Rip off prices and no customer service

I picked up my wife's medication and they had given me half of it and was told that was it, when I told them she had an inhaler aswell they gave it to me from the fridge. Last time, the same issue happened I had not received the inhaler asked and prescribed for and had called them. Today I came home and there was no missing tablets and they had explained to me for the tablet I need to call the doctor. The lady I had spoken to was extremely rude and did not understand my issue as I have to remind them every time about the missing inhaler.
