Have recently moved into the area and both of us have our medications dispensed at this pharmacy . The service offered both over the telephone and in person at the pharmacy has been first class . Congratulations and well done. | ||||||

I have been using this pharmacy for many years and always find the counter staff most amenable and pleasant. Recently I was told by the on duty pharmacist that they wanted to do a medication review of my monthly repeat prescription. I said there was no need as I had just had a review at the surgery. The pharmacist said theirs was different. They started talking about my medications and I stopped them and asked f this was an exercise to sell me alternative products. We didn't really finish the conversation as the pharmacist was called back behind the counter to deal with another customer. The pharmacist later admitted that the NHS had been charged £28 for that review but justified it by saying the doctor would have been paid £50 for their review earlier that day. I suggest that when such services such as this or flu jabs are offered by the pharmacy that the customer should be told what it will cost the NHS. | ||||||
