Terrible service. Medication always comes late, often with vital medication missing. Prescriptions given that day & sent through via the drs/hospital never seem to get through to the chemist when you go in for them. Apparently no one is poorly on Saturdays as the chemist is only open from 5pm-9pm. Staff seem lazy, uncaring & lack a clear understanding how much disabled ppl need their medication to arrive on the day it should.

Only part of my prescription was dispensed. On returning to this pharmacy who did infact have all my items I kept very calm to explain the situation.The member of staff began shouting at me reducing me to tears.Do not use this pharmacy!

The pharmacist was sure I had ringworm and sold me Canestan, but he was wrong - I actually had shingles. There is never any acknowledgement or apology when mistakes are made. The dispensing staff are unfriendly, unhelpful and sometimes rude. But the lovely man who does the deliveries is wonderful.
