This pharmacy, without doubt is the best on the Fylde coast. The staff are very friendly and prescription medication is always available on time. Nothing is too much trouble and they always have time to be helpful, even though they are always busy. I highly recommend them - you will not be disappointed.

I have been receiving my medication from your pharmacy for a few years now and always have excellent service. I must inform you that the BD Viva 0.25 X 8mm needles, are not fit for purpose, they do not screw on properly to the lnsulin pen, therefore I am wasting more than I am able to use. Please remove these from supply. You must have numerous complaints from other customers, surely I am not the only one ?

I have been using this Pharmacy for a few years now and even though I live in Freckleton now, I don't want to use another. The staff are always attentive, friendly, extremely helpful, knowledgeable and professional. I am always greeted by name and always asked how my job is going. A couple of times I have had to discuss sensitive information or ask personal questions and they are always received and dealt with perfectly. My specific pharmaceutical needs are mental health related but I have never felt judged or dealt with in any way except friendly, helpful and warm. I genuinely feel cared for. I used to be very shy and embarrassed about picking up my medication, but not any more. Highly recommend this pharmacy and staff, absolutely wonderful.
