The worst pharmacy I have ever encountered. CityDoc are using this pharmacy as one of their travel vaccination clinics. CityDoc should re-think this partnership. I booked three travel vaccination appointments online weeks ago and paid a large deposit. The appointment was confirmed in writing twice. Today we drove 45 minutes to the pharmacy for the appointment - which was urgent and booked weeks in advance. We were unapologetically told that the only pharmacist wasn't there and so we couldn't have our vaccinations. They didn't try and contact us in advance to save us a wasted trip and made it clear that they don't give a damn about their customers. AVOID this appalling pharmacy. There is a much better pharmacy ten minutes down the road which I have also reviewed.
