I collect my medications every 3-4 weeks. My medications are necessary in order for me to stay well. Without them I am poorly. I use the repeat prescription service and up till now I had no complaints However this time no order was put in a month ago when I collected my last medications. No prescription was in pharmacy when I went to collect. on the Wednesday. The prescription was done then on the Saturday I went to collect and NO medications. No other pharmacy had any at that time. I had to half my original dose to make it last as they said they would have some Monday. Tuesday after starting to feel unwell due to having to change my change of my dose my husband went to the pharmacy to collect the medication still none arrived. My husband then had to go to several other pharmacies to locate some as I had run out. This is medical negligence and am very upset by this .I trusted this pharmacy till now , but have now let me down.
