Always bad customer service, always short staffed, always a long queue. Prescriptions never ready when they say they’re going to be. Awful pharmacy. I went there to get medicine. I was standing before the counter with my daughter for a long time. The male staff just ignored me and kept chatting to his male colleague inside. There was a queue of customers but no one at the counter. I got upset of them ignoring us so I just got out of there and hurried to Rowland Pharmacy. Well it was 5.20pm nearly closing time, I needed those medicine urgently. Also it says that they opens at 9 am, but I've seen lots of days there is queue of customers outside and they haven't open by ten passed 9am.
