Whether you're under the weather or on long-term medicines, managing and collecting your prescriptions can add unnecessary extra stress. In the UK, the pharmacy model hasn't really moved on in the last 70 years, and we're working to change that.
Our pharmacies
We're developing a new store model which focuses on the things that matter most to our customers and fundamentally changes how our pharmacy teams work. We've redesigned the dispensing process and introduced new stock monitoring measures so that you don't have to wait for your medicines, and we've freed up our pharmacists to spend more time helping our customers.
As part of this, we're also bringing new technology into our pharmacies. This includes 24/7 prescription pick-up machines – meaning you can collect your medicine any time, day or night – and a text notification service, so we can let you know when your prescription is ready to collect.

Very aggressive staff, small woman with short hair makes you feel stupid for asking a question. Always best to avoid her. nothing is ever ready on time and you end up waiting for ages before anyone can be bothered coming to see you. I don't normally leave reviews but if you're going to be on a customer service desk facing job at least pretend like you give a toss. Very uncomfortable atmosphere. Bring back the days of the original staff from the old location.

I've used this chemist for a year mainly due to location. Ive rated this one star because:
-The desk is often unmanned despite staff at the back seeing you are there
- Prescriptions are never given to you in full, I've always been asked to come back for the rest of my prescription
-Orders are frequently lost or not placed when requested
-Staff don't take responsibility for there frequent mistakes
- Long waiting times despite ordering on electronic prescription service a week in advance so should be ready to collect in theory Original Comment Report...
