Always ridiculously long wait stand for 10/15 minutes just waiting to be acknowledged prescriptions often not premade although had them for a few days I don’t complain easily I worked on the chemist/pharmacy years ago in boots high street we would have been disciplined for this very poor service appalling

I wait for my prescription items one month! Waiting for call,when to be ready for collect,but after 2 weeks i visit again ask about to my order,the pharmacy do not order my items,becouse its to be mistake for payments,I pay for 2 prescription,but nobody dont tell for me then i need pay more! And finnaly lady after 30 min she say for me,that she not found my prescription! Next day I visit again,bring another prescription,and lady say we are very sorry we found your prescription! ok then,i wait again two weeks,no calls for pharmacy, today i visit again ask about my items,lady apollogise again then my order still not ready for collect! So,its to be inportant medicament for you,and you waiting long time and dont get it,for some worker mistake! I am very disappointed!!!!!!!
