I am appalled by the service here - I phoned to confirm my mothers prescription would be ready (as it is on repeat) on Tuesday knowing that she would be out of medication by Friday morning - to be told sorry it hadn’t been ordered I’ll do it now pick it up Thursday - I finished work at 6 and flew down there Thursday to be told it’s not here it was only ordered Wednesday- but we can deliver tomorrow when it’s in. Ok no problem - I phone Friday afternoon to be told it hadn’t arrived suggest you ring doctors, so I did and they told me it had only been sent to them that day and they would rush it through to Strachens with urgent delivery on it - it’s Saturday (I’ve been in work and they are now closed) no pills have arrived and mum who is terminally ill has to wait until Monday night when I finish work to pick them up IF they are there. The service is awful would not recommend using them to anyone. I sincerely hope this doesn’t have a detrimental effect on Mums health
