Now only open on Monday, Tuesday and Friday; only one person now allowed in the shop at anyone time. Queue of customers was never less than 8 at 1115; at 0915 I counted 13 people queueing. What will it be like when the weather is cold and wet? No thought at all for its customers. | ||||||

I would like to compliment your pharmacist in your Fleet branch. I had to cancel the appointment I had made for a flu jab. Two weeks later I was collecting a prescription from the chemist. The pharmacist recognised my name and said he had kept the vaccine for me in the fridge. I was so impressed. He even shortened his lunch break by giving it to me. The pharmacist is charming, professional and a great asset to the Lloyds branch and to your company.
