Picked up a out of hours prescription here last Friday. I phoned to see if they could find the prescription as it was sent through spine which I had never heard of and my local pharmacy was closed. The lady I spoke to sorted it out and phoned me back to say it had been dispatched. What a pleasant surprise to have someone do an excellent job. I wish I had got her name. But feeling ill not really all there. So thank you once again. | ||||||

I had prescribed two packages of the same medicine. When I got it I noticed that there are two different packages - the bigger and the smaller one. I opened the smaller one and the amount of drugs was almost half less than it should be. When I opened the bigger one it also was incomplete and one was damaged inside. I came back to pharmacy and returned it. The pharmacist wasn't surprised and gave me new full packages. They even didn't apologize.
Avoid this pharmacy or check what you get.
