    I changed my pharmacy to the Thornton crescent branch because the one closest to my home is unable to cope ( not a day Lewis pharmacy ) four days and 40 minutes to complete my prescription. since changing to the crescent I have received only the best service advice and care from all team members

    I'm fairly new to the area and was looking for a regular pharmacy. This is the closest to me and also not a big chain like Boots etc (I always try to support local first). Despite the reviews, I thought I'd give them a go. I've been going for a few months now and have nothing but praise; the counter staff are warm and welcoming, the dispensing staff are helpful and informative and if they're missing one of my drugs (this had happened in all pharmacies I've ever been to!) they've been able to deliver or advise. Great pharmacy all round :)

    Checked and website and saw that they close at 13:00 for lunce. I went in at 12:30 to get an item through Care at the Chemest. First person I spoke to showed me the item and went to process it. They then returned to say they do not do this because it would take too long to type into the computer and they are closing in half an hour. I was I spoke to the Pharmacist they would not budge. Had idea on how to resolve a customer complaint. They then implied that my case was not important because I was not very sick. This was unprofessional to say the least to compare my reason for needing an item to others. No idea of customer service and clearly put barriers in the way of people receiving NHS services.
