Best chemist in the area. Staff are always very helpful and greet you with a smile always

I use this pharmacy for my diabetes and blood pressure tablets. The pharmacy and the ladies who work there are very efficient and always greet me by my name. Always with a smile In September they reminded me to get my annual flu shot. I had it done in October. Very quick and although they were busy I only had to wait about 10mins Also had my BP chek done at the same time. It was good I also mentioned to the pharmacist that I was going to Kenya for a holiday in Feb. He pointed out that I may need some malaria tablets. He also pointed out that I may need some other vaccinations and that he can do that as well if needed. He gave me a form to fill in for me and my partner to asses what we may need. I will take the forms after the new year. He also was very kind to give me a website to look at so I can check what other travel risks there may be in Kenya Now that they have computer prescriptions from the doctor, it means for my regular tablets I don't need to waste time at the surgery. I ask the girls in the pharmacy, one in particular usually, and she will order my meds I think now they are also open til 7.30 in the evening

I had to call several pharmacies before calling telechem pharmacy. The phone call was answered within 4 rings & i was put thrrough to the pharmacist by a very polite member of staff. The pharmacist really helped me serstand an eye problem with my daughter and supplied a antibiotic eye drop after asking lots of medical questions. I used the drops in my daughters eyes and in a few days the complaint cleared up really fast. Impessive. Sunce then i have used this pharmacy for a complaint for my father and my other daughter.I will definitely use this oharmacy again. I am pleased to give this review.
