This pharmacy has the best service I have experienced. The management is fantastic, always has time and will do anything for you, goes out of the way to help. Knowledge and professionism is jaw dropping. They treat all customers as if they are family. My neighbours rave about the pharmacist, Sleaford facebook once posted about the pharmacy, I saw so many individuals impressive reviews from so many people. This made me happy. The team are great too and they also give a personal service. They rememember your name as soon as you get to the counter. I don't know how I managed before. A lot of times I just go to the pharmacist as they are so knowledgeable-rather than my GP as apointments aren't easy in Sleaford as we all know. The pharmacist asks lots of real relevant questions if one has an ailment say a cold or joint pains or migraine rather than just sell you anything. Always smiles. They offeried to deliver medicine to a pensioner's home lregularly in Ruskington in their own time because her husband had terminal cancer. she hadn't been to that pharmacy before but went away after hugging the pharmacist in her difficult time. That's five miles away from Tesco ! I am so glad this is my pharmacist. They work at breathtaking pace when dispensing prescriptions.
