I have used this pharmacy since beginning of 2019 and until about 2 months ago every member of staff was a
always very helpful.
Las7 month I waited over an hour for my drugs (having originally been told they were not available but I asked for another search and they were eventually found).
This month I was again told the scripts could not be found. Once again I insisted and they were eventually found but not ready. I was told I would be waiting for 30 minutes. I had another appointment so could not wait again.
The staff were not very helpful. When will staff know what they are doing and be helpful again?

I was offered a NHS health check whilst in the pharmacy collecting a prescription. The lady who prefomed the test was so knowlegeble and explained everything to me, blood pressure, cholestrial etc etc. I was made to feel at ease and she answered all my questions whilst also giving me health advice. I now understand about blood pressure and what cholestrial is.People are always quick to give negitive feedback I felt that I wanted to commend the service I was given by such a lovely happy lady and the bonus being it was a free service. Well done Lloydspharmacy and very well done to the lady wearing a supervisor badge who offered me the test and also perfomed it. Original Comment Report...

Always friendly and helpful. I'm somewhat mystified by the negative review as, in the 20 plus years I've used this chemist, I've never found them wanting. A great asset. Original Comment Report...
