    We're developing a new store model which focuses on the things that matter most to our customers and fundamentally changes how our pharmacy teams work. We've redesigned the dispensing process and introduced new stock monitoring measures so that you don't have to wait for your medicines, and we've freed up our pharmacists to spend more time helping our customers.

    As part of this, we're also bringing new technology into our pharmacies. This includes 24/7 prescription pick-up machines – meaning you can collect your medicine any time, day or night – and a text notification service, so we can let you know when your prescription is ready to collect.

    Went in for flu jab, pharmacist really nice, quick, kind efficient, explained everything. Exceptional!!!! Went to pay at counter. Was completely ignored by Beata. Stood for about 10 minutes, at no point did Beata acknowledge me. Eventually pharmacist, who was busy with another customer come out of his room and took my payment. By which time Beata had commenced refilling shelf, still ignoring me!!!!!! I will only go back to this store on a day this lady isn't working. I'm so embarrassed for anyone that has to work with very unprofessional lady!!!!!

    Just went in to the Chemist 1 hour before they were closing and they were very busy on Saturday 16 Jan 2021 Received first class service and help, all very friendly with a member os staff making sure everything was Covid safe. Well done and thank you.Brent

    I always use this pharmacy. The staff are always lovely,chatty and helpful. Prescriptions are always ready and if medications I need aren't stocked they will always order straight away. When I started using a new inhaler the pharmacist called me a week later to see how I was getting on with it which I thought was a lovely thing for her to do. Keep up the good work.
