In one day I went into this pharmacy twice both times didn’t have the item in stock! The counter staff aren’t confident in their advice. Will not be using here again | ||||||

Have used this chemist for years and have not needed to complain about anything, staff are polite professional and they will go out of their way to help their customers. | ||||||

I have some serious medical conditions including having had a stroke and degenerative disc disease of the spine. The chemist had messed up delivering and collecting my medication on numerous occasions. Has I had a doctors appointment today I asked them not to delivery my medication, yet again they sent it out on delivery despite me telling them no one would be home. When I complained nicely to the owner I got no apology just told to use another chemist. What a lovely customer care attitude under a week before Christmas. Terrible, he just doesn't care. You will no doubt be aware of the government imposed financial cuts on local pharmacies. For this reason we are having to curtail our FREE delivery service to patients who are elderly, infirm and housebound. You have been unhappy with our delivery service for a while because you are working 50-60 hours a week and are often not in to receive the delivery. Due to commercial pressures we are unable to provide better delivery slots to meet your needs. Unfortunately, on occasions, communication errors can result in your delivery still being sent out when you ring to alter the delivery arrangements. We are very sorry for this. You have been advised to try a different chemist on the basis that they may be able to offer a more 'bespoke' delivery service under less financial constraints. This has been suggested to help meet your needs. I am sorry if you feel that it is because we do not care. We assure you of our sincere intentions in the matter. We make over 500 deliveries a month as a free service for our patients. I can assure you almost all of our patient's are very satisfied and appreciative of our service. Kind Regards S.
