I went into your Coalville store 07/08/2017 and the service in your store was non-exsistant. I went to collect a prescription for my daughter i waited at the counter for 10 minutes and no one acknowledged i was there. I actually said to a cutomer who was waiting(am i invisible). When an assitant eventually served me.said the precription had not been made up although it had been faxed through on the 04/08/2017. I then had to wait another 10 minutes for the medication. This has got to be the worst service. A simple job of ordering my prescription and getting it ready has taken over 7 days the last two times. I am still waiting for my next load of tablets 8 days after ordering. | ||||||
