This morning Wednesday march 9th my husband and I had an appointment to choose my husbands glasses. The service from Phil the optician was excellent, he was very helpful and we never felt rushed, also he explained everything very clearly. What I take issue with is the music that is played. It was loud and screechy, not at all relaxing and I pity the Boots workers who have to endure that through their working day. Please stop playing music, it really isn’t necessary.

I tried for two days to book an appointment for a travel PCR without success. I paid my money and have a reference number. I the tried ringing Boots pharmacy, lower Precinct in Coventry. I rang the pharmacy number every two hours for a day but no reply. This is not good as they do not answer the phone.
