Popped into this store for advice on a very red, painful, swollen and bruised finger. The staff in the dispensary took a look and said that in their opinion it was infected because it was showing the signs, eg red, swollen, warm to touch and slightly yellow in colour. They advised I try and see my nurse at my GP practice as this may be quicker than seeing the GP. I managed to get an appointment that day and the Nurse diagnosed an infected finger and wrote me a prescription for antibiotics. | ||||||
