Quite simply the prescriptions are almost never ready. It doesn't matter if you leave it extra days or not - they only start preparing it when you ask in person to collect it. The queue is horrendous and unlike other retailers, no matter how long the queue is, management never allocate another member of staff to deal with it. During my last 6 visits, the prescription has not been ready 5 times. Two times I have had to wait over an hour. Two times I have left it over a week since I know the prescription has been passes to them from the doctor. Elderly people are made to stand and wait no matter how painful. No-one ever come from behind the counter to chat to customers and the staff definitely avoid eye contact. Data protection is shocking with everyone hearing where other customers live. Management are less than useless.
