Very poor almost everyone I have spoken to has ha d a negative experience. Twice in the past two weeks I have been unable to pick up an urgent prescription (already made up) because the was no pharmacist on the premises! Why did they not pay for an agency peplacement.... They are making enough money (ques up to the door) Prescription just just not there! When I check with GP - fault no with them- Goldhearts blame GP's ! Friend was given wrong medication and when this was pointed out they refused to take it back! ...can you believe that? Most, but not all need to go on a course in ' Communication Skills' As should ' some' Doctors Receptionist am afraid to say 'more' as you will understand!
