The staff tried to tell me that i shouldn't want Nytol because i have children and they "could wake up". Despite me saying that i am aware of that and that their father/my husband can get up to them if they do, they ignored that and carried on repeating the same thing over and over again. They raised no medical points or side effects that may ward me off having them, instead repeatedly telling me that my children could wake up. Apparently having a father to attend to them is unacceptable and only mums are allowed to see to their children in the night. Ridiculously sexist, closed minded and frankly offensive to my husband who wouldn't give a second thought to going to our children if they needed him. I very much doubt a man would have received that attitude if he attempted to buy them. Original Comment Report...

I'm not sure this is representative of the whole pharmacy but on an occasion that I visited the pharmacist recognised that there had been a number of errors in my prescription which they were trying to correct.
At which point I was surprised to over hear the pharmacists assistant whisper under their breath why don't you just tell him to try Boots in Speke Retail while rolling their eyes.
I observed this and said nothing. I needed to ask a question about opening times. I asked the pharmacists assistant what times they are open on the weekend. and was advised that if hadn't seen them on the way in or couldn't check on the internet they were as follows........
I then told them that if they had woken up on the wrong side of the bed this morning that was fine but don't think that you can take it out on me. At which point they said they were very busy and I had stopped other customer being served. At which point I made them aware of the errors that had been made by the GP on my prescription which had caused the initial problem. There was another smart alec answer from them. At which point I thought it best that I step away from the counter and disengage from this conversation.
Bizarre person that clearly must have had a long day but there's no excuse for being rude and confrontational . Original Comment Report...

My friend went to put my prescription in of diazapam and was suppose to be 28in each box but there was only one sleeve in each (14 tablets in each sleeve) I didn't think anything of it until i asked for another prescription from doctor and they said i should still have some.. I use an weekly pill box because i take so many different tablets because of cancer and mental health.. I have no credit to ring the chemist or the money or energy to go to chemist to ask them to check against tablets they have and tablets that have gone out.. So i am left without any and you havent an email to contact you.. What am I suppose to do???????? Original Comment Report...
