I would strongly recommend that anyone especially elderly folk do not waste their time visiting this chemist . It is appalling that customers are turned away and told that their prescription cannot be dispensed until the next day at the earliest! Closing for a 2 hour lunch break is shocking too. | ||||||

I have found the staff polite enough, but that is because I have put up with their: please come back in an hour; please come back in 4 hours; please come back tomorrow; no orders fulfilled until Friday.....; closed as no pharmacist etc etc, with no comment or argument. I have now had enough and will be using a much more efficient pharmacy as the staff shortage issues at Pangbourne are appalling. | ||||||
