We originally used this chemist for our repeat prescriptions as it’s handy while shopping. I rely on my medication, it was unavailable once and they couldn’t care less. Other chemists have gone out of their way to get it under the same circumstances. Here they just said we can get it. I changed to another pharmacy. We also have problems buying painkillers. Terrible attitude and manner. Not a nice place to get your medicine | ||||||

The pharmacy at Tesco have been absolutely great for me, the girls that work there are polite and helpful and im quite shocked to read some of the comments here as I've never experienced this and have been using the pharmacy since it opened several years ago. Myself and my sons prescription is always ready and waiting for me to collect and I'm never left waiting at the counter, I receive a text every month when my prescriptions are ready to collect and if there is ever a problem the girls are always willing to help. I highly recommend thai pharmacy | ||||||

I use this pharmacy as it is open late. For this alone I wouldn't go anywhere else as I need the convenience. Unfortunately, I can sympathise with many of the comments here regarding service. I wouldn't say that anybody has been out and out rude to me, however I expect people working in the service industry to be at least as polite to me as I am to them. I can live with the indifference and general lack of courtesy and good manners, I am only collecting a bag of tablets after all, and have not been let down yet. However if good manners and a more caring attitude are your thing, and you don't need the convenience of the opening hours, there are several better local options for you. | ||||||
