Rubbish, cant speak or understand English properly. Prescriptions never ready and often cant find them. At least 30 min wait most times. Never answer their phone. Random opening times. Have even given me the wrong tablets on 2 occasions. Complained manager but he couldnt care less.

Repeat prescriptions never ready when I go to collect and long wait times. I get that a Dr has to sign them off but this does not take 3 days to then not be ready on arrival. Can never get hold of any one on the phone to check either - either engaged or get cut off after holding ages. Truly shocking for a town this size.

In the last 6 weeks it takes ages to get one set of pills. In the past ready and served. Now 30 mins average wait. Stood in a queue last week and eventually got my meds. 49 minutes it took. Same meds in past 5 mins tops.
